1. Rule of thirds
The eagle is in the left third of the photo.

2. Balancing Elements
The two buildings balance each other out.

3. Leading Lines
The lines created by the the railings of the bridges lead your eye to the woman walking.

4. Symmetry and Patterns (repetition)
The skyline reflections into the water create symmetry and the many buildings create petition. 

5. Viewpoint
The viewpoint is the head of the lion. 

6. Background
The village is backed up by mountains that create the background.

7. Create depth
The sky with the clouds makes the photo look as though it has depth.

8. Framing
The trees frame the path.

9. Cropping
The photo is cropped to include just one flower. 

10. Mergers avoiding them
The flower merges wit the girl to make it appear as though it is her skirt.

Motion Blur

Motion Blur photography is the streaking of rapidly moving objects or a sequence of images. The two types of motion blur are bringing out the motion in the subject while keeping the camera still and keeping the subject in focus while blurring the background.

It happens when the image being recorded changes during a long exposure or the object is moving quickly. Setting the shudder speed to 1/2000^th of a second is a good way to start, also using a low ISO.

I would like to learn how to take motion blur pictures, I think they look different and can turn out really good if they are taken correctly.
